Meet Chef Pablo

Peruvian-born. South Florida–based. Plating every dish himself, at every event.

Born and raised in Peru, Pablo Sarmiento grew up surrounded by the rich culinary traditions of his homeland — from the vibrant ceviches of Lima to the hearty stews of the Andes. That deep connection to food and family shaped his passion for cooking from an early age.

After culinary school, Pablo honed his craft in some of South Florida's most prestigious fine dining kitchens. Over 15+ years, he mastered modern technique, refined plating, and high-volume event execution — all while staying true to the bold, soulful flavors of his heritage.

Today, Chef Pablo brings that unique blend of Peruvian tradition and modern culinary artistry to every event he touches — whether it's an intimate dinner for two or a celebration for three hundred.

Culinary School

Trained in classical and Latin American culinary arts, building a foundation in technique and flavor.

Worked in top South Florida restaurants, mastering the art of plating, presentation, and high-volume service.
