• Event deposits & payments: processed by Stripe. We receive confirmation of payment but we do not store your full card details.
• Booking widget (Cal.com): name, email, selected date/time, and any notes you enter.
• Automatic data: anonymized page views, browser type, device, and referring site (via Vercel Analytics — no cookies, no cross-site tracking).

3. How we use your information

• Respond to inquiries and prepare quotes.
• Plan, prepare, and deliver your event (menus, logistics, communication).
• Process deposits and final payments.
• Send newsletters and promotional updates — only if you subscribed. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email.
• Measure basic, anonymized website performance.
• Comply with tax, accounting, and other legal obligations.

4. Third-party service providers

We share the minimum information necessary with trusted vendors who help us operate the business. Each is bound by its own privacy terms:

• Resend — transactional email and newsletter delivery.
• Stripe — deposit and payment processing.
• Cal.com — booking and scheduling.
• Vercel — website hosting and privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

We use only essential cookies required for the site and booking/payment widgets (Cal.com and Stripe) to function. We do not use Google Analytics, the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, or any third-party advertising cookies. Our site analytics are handled by Vercel Analytics, which is cookieless and does not track you across other websites.

• Inquiry and event records are retained for up to 7 years for tax, accounting, and legal purposes.
• Newsletter subscribers are retained until they unsubscribe.
• Anonymized analytics data may be retained longer.
